Our purpose at Cowboy Church of Medina County (CCMC) is to fulfill Christ's commission to His Church in Matthew 28:18-20 "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age".
Every service, event and activity is intentionally planned to accomplish this directive of Jesus to His Body, the Church.
Attending church does not make us right before God. Knowing Him, believing in His Son, Jesus Christ, and having His Holy Spirit dwelling within us makes us right before God. Church is where those who desire these things come to hear the preached Word, to learn, to grow, to have fellowship and to worship. Our prayer is that you come to know God more. John 17:3 says "This is the way to have eternal life--to know the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the One You sent to earth".
